Sebelum Dikirim, Semua DVD telah di test pada komputer testbed kami yaitu :

- 3 GB RAM
- VGA ATI Radeon 4670 512 MB
- OS Windows XP / Se7en 32 bit

1. Semua DVD Bergaransi 1 Minggu sejak DVD Diterima.

2. Garansi HANYA berlaku Apabila :
- Instalasi tidak 100%
- DVD Tidak Terbaca.

3. Garansi TIDAK berlaku apabila :
- DVD Cacat/Gores
- Spesifikasi Komputer Anda Tidak Memadai

4. Klaim Garansi berupa Pengantian dengan judul yang sama.

5. DVD pengganti akan dikirimkan pada Next Order, atau sesuai kesepakatan.

6. Jika ada masalah instalasi atau didalam menjalankan game, coba install terlebih
dahulu di komputer lain dan cari info di discussion board group facebook
SOFTGAME SHOP sebelum bertanya dan/atau mengajukan klaim.

7. Khusus pengiriman via JNE:
a. Semua pesanan sudah di tes sbelumnya
b. Dikemas dengan rapih dan baik
c. Segala keterlambatan dan/atau kerusakan (amplop terbuka/rusak/basah/kotor/
dvd patah/dvd tergores/box rusak)yang diakibatkan oleh ekspedisi
